A Conversational Agent Using Natural Language Processing for Postpartum Care for New Mothers: Development and Engagement Analysis

A Conversational Agent Using Natural Language Processing for Postpartum Care for New Mothers: Development and Engagement Analysis

In addition, we identified highly complex and individual needs ranging from inquiries about physical recovery specific to delivery mode (vaginal vs cesarean) to care of newborns (diapering and umbilical cord care) and infant feeding difficulties (pain with breastfeeding, difficulty pumping, and preparing formula). This complexity led us to conclude that a “simple” algorithmic approach was unlikely to be successful in providing this population with the holistic support required.

Impact of a 3-Month Recall Using High-Fidelity Simulation or Screen-Based Simulation on Learning Retention During Neonatal Resuscitation Training for Residents in Anesthesia and Intensive Care: Randomized Controlled Trial

Impact of a 3-Month Recall Using High-Fidelity Simulation or Screen-Based Simulation on Learning Retention During Neonatal Resuscitation Training for Residents in Anesthesia and Intensive Care: Randomized Controlled Trial

Nearly 10% of newborns and 80% of infants weighing less than 1500 g require resuscitation at birth, and the quality of care provided during the first minute of life is directly related to the prognosis [1-3]. Theoretical knowledge based on current recommendations and practical training are key for ensuring optimal neonatal resuscitation. Anesthesia and intensive care physicians may need to intervene when a pediatrician is not immediately available, for instance, to assist with intubation.

Parental Autonomy in the Care of Premature Newborns and the Experience of a Neonatal Team: Observational Prospective Study

Parental Autonomy in the Care of Premature Newborns and the Experience of a Neonatal Team: Observational Prospective Study

In the context of clinical management, the families of newborns infants with a severe disease focused on caring for children at the end of their life, families with newborn infants who died during the first month of life, or those with important language barriers were excluded.
