Assessing ChatGPT’s Capability for Multiple Choice Questions Using RaschOnline: Observational Study

Assessing ChatGPT’s Capability for Multiple Choice Questions Using RaschOnline: Observational Study

Nonetheless, item 5 is still fitted to the Rasch model, with P=.61, based on chi-square fit statistics [35]. The first study goal of the demonstration of Rasch Online has been achieved. Distribution of item difficulties used in this study. DIF analysis of the 10 items in this study (note: item 5 exhibits a small DIF effect with P=.04 ICC of item 5 fits the Rasch model (P=.61). ICC: item characteristic curve. The Wright in Figure 5 illustrates several findings.

An App for Detecting Bullying of Nurses Using Convolutional Neural Networks and Web-Based Computerized Adaptive Testing: Development and Usability Study

An App for Detecting Bullying of Nurses Using Convolutional Neural Networks and Web-Based Computerized Adaptive Testing: Development and Usability Study

This study was approved and monitored by the Research Ethics Review Board of the Chi-Mei Medical Center. Demographic data were anonymously collected: gender, work tenure in hospitals of all types, age, marital status, and education level. Featured variables include the 22 items in the NAQ-R in which a higher response denotes a more serious bullying problem.

An App Detecting Dengue Fever in Children: Using Sequencing Symptom Patterns for a Web-Based Assessment

An App Detecting Dengue Fever in Children: Using Sequencing Symptom Patterns for a Web-Based Assessment

Data from these patients’ charts were obtained and approved by the Research Ethics Review Board of the Chi-Mei Medical Center. HT is defined for the persons of a dichotomous dataset with L items (in columns) and N persons (in rows) [12-14], where Xni is the scored (0,1) response of person n to item i, and Pn=Sn/L. Here, Sm is the raw score for person m, and Sn is the raw score for person n.

A Web-Based Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) to Assess Patient Perception in Hospitalization

A Web-Based Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) to Assess Patient Perception in Hospitalization

This study was approved and monitored by the Research and Ethical Review Board of the Chi-Mei Medical Center, Tainan, Taiwan. We designed the 18-item CAT questionnaire in Excel based on an 18-item inpatient perception questionnaire (IPQ-18) [5]; see Table 1). Unidimensionality, local independence, item fit, and differential item functioning using the Rasch model to investigate these criteria have been previously reported [5].
