However, no study has specifically displayed a method for building agents’ natural language–based conversations to encourage and educate patients with HF about medication adherence, nor a standard for evaluating this type of CA design early in the development stage as a DH solution.
Therefore, our study aims to adopt established design methods and conceive them into a systematic method that uses a clinical observational study protocol.
