Patients were enthusiastic about health care delivery through facilitated telemedicine, and an HCV cure promoted self-confidence and improved whole health. AD also reviewed the CREATE (Culture, Respect, Educate, Advantage, Trust, Endorse) framework, an engagement approach for facilitated telemedicine [9].
RM concluded the workshop with “From Words to Wellness: Large Language Models Applied to the Identification of SDOH.”

Support programs fall into one of four categories: (1) live telehealth intervention focused on caregiver well-being; (2) live telehealth intervention focused on a child’s social communication, behavioral, or sleep challenges; (3) self-guided resources; or (4) waitlist control.
Participants assigned to receive a live telehealth intervention focused on caregiver well-being are assigned to one of the interventions described in the subsequent sections.

The final ACTPr EP core content elements include knowledge and beliefs about Pr EP, identifying life values, self-compassion, cost of trying to control emotions, alternative perspective taking (different ways to think about Pr EP), TEAMS related to taking HIV and Pr EP, techniques used to help cope with the TEAMS related to taking Pr EP (present moment awareness, tolerance of emotions, and actions consistent with one’s values), and structural barriers and facilitators for Pr EP use.

Over the last decade, self-management interventions for CKD have gained popularity [7], in part due to the increasing recognition of the importance of incorporating patients and their families in managing long-term health conditions to improve outcomes [8]. In Nation-to-Nation agreements between the federal government and Tribes, millions of acres were provided by Tribes with the promise of returned benefits for improving the health outcomes and self-governance of American Indian and Alaska Native people. The federal government’s trust responsibility, as established in treaties and various agreements extends to the federal government’s support for Tribal Nations’ data resources.
