Patients eligible for enrollment will be 18 years or older and have a symptomatic complex iliac occlusive disease with de novo or restenotic lesions in the common or external iliac arteries and with unilateral or bilateral, single or multiple lesions (>50% stenosis or chronic total occlusion) each between 4.0 and 11.0 cm in length (Textbox 1).
