In order to identify the specific helpful and unhelpful factors within each of the above groups, 4 authors used a modified behavior change model [33] as applied by Liverpool et al [34], outlining the barriers and facilitators to engagement in digital mental health interventions including person-specific and intervention-specific influencing factors. In terms of person-specific factors, motivation, opportunity, and capability were listed as the influencing factors.

Contrary to Liverpool et al [76], users in this evaluation responded favorably to text-based content (as per the digital lessons). Further research is needed to determine whether specific features may have more or less impact on use among various age groups.
In addition, based on descriptive data, all mental health and well-being scores improved.
