An Activity Tracker and Its Accompanying App as a Motivator for Increased Exercise and Better Sleeping Habits for Youths in Need of Social Care: Field Study

Additional information that is beyond the scope of this paper can be found in the project report by Rönkkö et al [13] (in Swedish). During the first 2 months, November and December, all 8 participants were physically active. Up to the Christmas holidays in late December, there were only minor breaks (a few days) during which some of the youths had not used the technology.
