Internet and mobile use in childhood and adolescence are already becoming essential elements of young people’s lives [13-15], providing several advantages such as learning, information, and entertainment but also causing many problems. Excessive internet and mobile use has resulted in more sedentary behavior, decreased physical activity, and unhealthy dietary patterns, and it is emerging as a social problem that suffices diagnosis as a form of addiction disorder [16].
