Application of Virtual and Augmented Reality Technology in Hip Surgery: Systematic Review
To provide seamless computer-aided, improved real-time imaging and a more natural surgical process, Liu et al [42] developed a hip surface replacement navigation system based on AR. Figure 2 shows an AR-based navigation system. To evaluate the accuracy of this navigation system, a pilot hole drilling experiment was conducted using a femoral model.
