A smaller group of families have risk factors for ongoing difficulties and require targeted care. The smallest group, clinical/treatment, has a high level of risk factors for ongoing distress and requires more intensive clinical services. Kazak [8] stresses the need to adopt preventive approaches to support families in the universal tier to build their resilience and prevent future problems. A potential preventive approach is to provide web-based interventions.
