SUS scores were assigned qualifying adjectives based on their mean value per Bangor et al [23]. The research team members reviewed the video recordings of the software evaluation sessions to assess whether the participants could complete the 5 assigned tasks. Difficulty with a task was defined as a participant asking the research team member for assistance with a particular task or failing to complete a specific task.
