Similar to iterative methods used in other m Health programming [57,58], Ybarra and colleagues [56,59,60] have described a stepwise approach to developing and testing health behavior change content delivered via text messaging. Here, we describe the procedures and experiences encountered while developing Bully Down. Findings can inform the future design of similar programs for middle school youth, as well as those aimed at reducing bullying and other aggressive behaviors.
