Steen [4] utilized a posteducation assessment, to evaluate midwifery students’ knowledge and skills after attending the STOP workshop. A power calculation using a single-factor, repeated measures design estimated that a sample of 380 participants, measured at 3 time points, will achieve 95% power to detect differences before and after education using a Geisser-Greenhouse corrected F test at a .05 significance level (P=.05).

The measured value (Mv) of the HR and RR per minute can be calculated using the following equations:
The period (p) between 2 peaks (average) is:
where p is the number of peaks of the acquired signal and t is the length of the video signal in seconds.
The end-product is a graphic panel of the 2 sources of data extraction using skin color and motion magnification. As shown in Figure 1, HR and RR are clearly presented in accordance to the selected timeframe.

Qualitative analysis of the two open-ended questions in the e-survey will be conducted manually. Summative content analysis [41] will be used to identify categories that best describe the respondents’ views. This will involve counting of common words or phrases to analyze similarities and differences between participants’ responses [41]. Significant phrases will be identified and findings will be formulated.
