Similar to Larkey et al [33-35], Korean American and Vietnamese American mothers reported that the digital stories were highly engaging and held their attention. In line with our prior research with Korean American and Vietnamese American immigrant mothers [17,24,30], the shared experience of acculturation and motherhood, and the responsibilities of taking care of their children demonstrated in the intervention may induce emotional resonance and enhance the sense of mutual understanding.
