Themes were derived from the data and consolidated through discussions with author K Stasiak (who supervised AK). KS coanalyzed 3 randomly selected transcripts to allow for reflective practice during coding. The scripts were reread during the analysis to ensure that the findings were reflective of the data. Verbatim quotes from the participants were included and identified with the participant number, preferred gender, and age in the subsequent sections.
