Conversely, Tsan and Day [23] found no relationship between emotional stability (neuroticism) and attitudes toward online help-seeking behavior. Mixed findings are also apparent regarding the influence of attitudes toward technology, prior use of mental health services, and demographic variables (eg, age, gender, education, relationship status, country of birth, and location of residence) on attitudes toward e-mental health services [20,24-26].
