A personalized HIV risk self-assessment tool may be helpful for MSM during the pandemic, which can be adapted from the HIV risk calculator developed by Chen and Dowdy [32].
Modifying perceptions related to HIV testing after the COVID-19 outbreak may also be useful. About 40% of the participants were concerned about COVID-19 infection when undergoing HIV testing. Such concern was associated with lower HIV testing utilization.
