Veteran, Primary Care Provider, and Specialist Satisfaction With Electronic Consultation

On average, PCPs requested 6 (SD 6) e-consults, and VAPHS specialists completed 17 (SD 11) e-consults. PCPs requested e-consults for nephrology/renal care (n=11; 73%), diabetes/endocrinology (n=8; 53%), cardiology (n=7; 47%), neurosurgery (n=6; 40%), and orthopedics (n=3; 20%) (data not shown in tables). We present descriptive summaries of the Likert-type satisfaction items regarding the e-consult process.
