Incidence of caregiver parenting behaviors to prevent unintentional child injury in the past week. a) Giving child a whole or large piece of food that creates a choking risk; b) Placing child in the front seat while riding in a car; c) Letting child ride a bicycle, electric bicycle, or motorcycle unsupervised; d) Testing water temperature before giving child a bath; e) Placing sharp objects where children cannot reach; f) Storing medicines, detergents, and pesticides where children cannot reach.
