Of note, even when continuous monitoring occurs in the prehospital environment (eg, in mobile intensive care units), the data are typically not recorded or stored, as they are deemed unnecessary for immediate treatment decisions. The absence of such data, curated accordingly, hinders the ability to create accurate models and limits the potential for AI to improve emergency responses and outcomes.

An “other” response offered the option for typing a comment into the fill-in box to indicate the reason for delaying toileting. At each of these interactions with the app, geospatial data were gathered automatically.
In addition to real-time reporting, Where I Go has built-in EMA, which the woman sees as pushed “Check-In” notifications. Push notifications for additional assessments offer users the opportunity to update information in the app if the recording of a toileting event was missed in real time.

How does the qualitative interview data on mentor and champion experiences further explain the impact of the AMC program on the quantitively measured improved nutrition care practices?
The AMC Core Team recruits, trains, and supports regional mentors, typically dietitians or managers with experience improving nutrition care in a clinical setting and connects them with hospital champions who are typically front-line clinical dietitians.

Of the 42,215 valid consenting responses, 32,965 (78.09%) were from students in school years 7 to 13 (ages 11-18 y) in 80 secondary schools and FECs. The proportion of students who, upon logging in to the survey, declined to consent to participate was 3.48% (1520/43,735). Information on school-recorded opt-outs effected by nonconsenting parents was not shared with the study team in keeping with the study’s data protection protocols and ethics guidelines [18].

The Health4 Me study was used as the context for this research. The full protocol is published elsewhere [25]. In brief, the Health4 Me Study is a virtual clinical trial, based in Australia, of a community-based, 6-month text message intervention. The intervention aims to improve physical activity and nutrition behaviors among adolescents aged 12 to 18 years.

Our interdisciplinary team has developed the first group mindfulness-based lifestyle intervention (My Healthy Brain [MHB]) that aims to modify early risk for AD/ADRD. We conducted a series of preliminary studies to develop MHB following the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stage Model [62], an iterative framework for guiding behavioral intervention development and testing, from pilot studies to implementation and dissemination (Figure 1).

with response categories “the block you live on, the area within (5 blocks/10 blocks/larger than 10 blocks) around the place you live.” This process was repeated for the neighborhood where they most often hang out or spend the most time (social neighborhood), and where they most often went for their HIV medical care in the prior 6 months, as well as the pharmacy where they get your HIV medications filled in the last 6 months (health facility access neighborhoods).

Building themes from the perspective of participants [24,31], allowed us to devise a conceptual framework that portrays what life with T1 D is like for them, along with commonalities and differences in their first-hand accounts.
During the course of analysis, we met periodically to discuss the evolving conceptual framework and link our findings to relevant literature [34]. These analytical meetings involved input from the whole analytical team (SD, BM, GLB, and JAP).

The invitations included a brief role description and instructions on the format that the volunteers will be asked to film themselves.
Upon expressing interest, each volunteer received an email with the script of the content they were allocated in the video series. The emails also included a sample video for participants to visualize the expected product.

The PLUS team hypothesized that a woman’s location greatly influences toileting decisions and may also limit voiding in a specific environment. Thus, we named the proposed mobile app product “Where I Go” (abbreviated in the body text as Where IGo).
