Erbe D et al [28] compared the interformat reliability of the paper-and-pen version with a computerized version of the PHQ-9 in a clinical sample and obtained comparable internal consistency between the computer (α=.88) and paper versions (α=.89), and highly significant correlations between the formats (r=0.92). The PANSS is a widely used and valid instrument for the assessment of symptom severity in schizophrenia; test-retest reliability for the total score and subscales is reported as 0.77‐0.89 [27,27].

All phenotyping and data analysis were conducted using R software (R Foundation for Statistical Computing). Fitbit data in the Ao URP operates under a bring-your-own-device model, where participants who consent to participate in the study share data from their device that they already own [22].
Ao URP is a longitudinal, observational study [21].

We considered effectiveness on weight loss outcomes using random effects component NMA in a frequentist paradigm, which was implemented using the package netmeta in R [24]. We used the component codes (R codes can be found in Multimedia Appendix 2) developed through ICA in an additive model and estimated meta-analyses based on the quality and sufficiency of evidence, focusing on 6-month and 12-month outcomes.
