This is consistent with the results of Han et al [70] and Fleming et al [71]; when gamification was applied, the retention rate was high without increasing the risk to the participants compared to general treatment. Pramana et al [72] found that adding gamification elements to the m Health service made it more valuable and appealing, resulting in higher use compared to the nongamified version. For this purpose, a mission challenge was included in the MUZZIM service.
