Experiences and Perceptions About Death Reporting and Notification Among Rural Communities on the Islands of Lake Victoria, Uganda: Qualitative Study

SNK, DB, and Ndejjo R held regular meetings with the research assistants to discuss and address any challenges regarding participant recruitment and the emerging themes as well as the rate at which new information was being generated. The data collection process was halted after SNK, DB, and Ndejjo R discussed with the research assistants and concluded that saturation was reached. All interviews and FGDs were audio recorded and transcribed verbatim.

The NHS Transformation Directorate presently promotes the open-source languages Python (Python Software Foundation) and R (R Foundation for Statistical Computing) through their network and engagement communities as common standards for programming [13]. The digital capabilities of NHS services in England are diverse, with ever-evolving services providing differing levels of digital capability, open-source use, and interoperability standards.

Data partners (DPs) only share aggregate results, typically high-level outputs such as hazard ratios, after applying a minimum cell size threshold (k-anonymity, commonly set to 5) to suppress potentially re-identifiable results. EHDEN was established as an Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI), now Innovative Health Initiative, public-private partnership in November 2018 to overcome the challenges and transform how health data is used in Europe [20,21].
