To enable qualitative evaluations by medical practitioners and facilitate case studies, we developed an interactive chatbot powered by the fine-tuned Menst LLa MA model, named ISHA. ISHA was designed to maintain seamless conversational flow by leveraging contextual information from previous utterances within the same session. During both the fine-tuning and inference stages, we incorporated tailored instructions into the model’s prompts to enhance the chatbot’s empathy and emotional awareness.
