Indeed, sleep issues lasting for at least 2 weeks increase the risk for the future development of mood disorders [25,26] and are a criterion for the diagnosis of depression in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (eg, major depressive disorder) [27]. Sleep disturbances, both in prevalence and severity, in military-affiliated women extend beyond what civilian women experience.

A 2014 meta-analysis of 164 studies involving 160,000 patients found that BMI decreased by at least 11.8 kg/m² one-year post MBS, with sustained weight loss observed five years post surgery [5]. Most individuals who undergo MBS experience a reduction or complete elimination of obesity-related health issues, including high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, and osteoarthritis [6,7].

Over 10 weeks of active recruitment (February 16 to April 30, 2023), 1080 unique participants enrolled in the decentralized biobanking pilot, including 9.54% (930/9750) of confirmed biobank members (Multimedia Appendix 3). Approximately 600 app invites were distributed, and 405 participants downloaded and completed app registration, including 361 (89.1%) biobank members.

Safety and Efficacy of Modular Digital Psychotherapy for Social Anxiety: Randomized Controlled Trial
Secondary outcome measures were symptoms and functioning at week 4 and 2 weeks after the intervention at week 6.
The primary outcome measures in RCT 2 were change in symptoms and daily functioning from baseline to week 8. Secondary outcome measures were safety, efficacy, and daily functioning 4 weeks after the end of the intervention at week 12.
Safety was monitored through items in the weekly surveys that asked participants to report any new serious adverse effects experienced in the previous week.

Activity trackers (20/27, 74%; median 8, MAD-M 1.41); workstation accessories (19/27, 70%; median 8, MAD-M 1.59); and relocation of home office supplies such as the bin, printer, or water source (19/27, 70%; median 8, MAD-M 1.30) were the 3 work strategies considered as highly feasible for reducing SB when working from home. Active workstations equipped with treadmills were reported to be unfeasible (19/27, 70%; median 2, MAD-M 1.48).
