Participants also reported ever use and current use of cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Participants reported frequency and duration of moderate or greater-intensity physical activity in the past 4 weeks. To assess quality of sleep in the previous 4 weeks, participants completed a subset of questions from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index [52] related to sleep duration and self-rated sleep quality. Participants first reported via free response how many hours they slept at night.
