Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

Capturing Real-World Habitual Sleep Patterns With a Novel User-Centric Algorithm to Preprocess Fitbit Data in the All of Us Research Program: Retrospective Observational Longitudinal Study

In the conceptual example illustrated in Figure 1, there are 4 sleep logs spanning 2 calendar days: C (day 0; 10:00 AM-noon), D (day 0; 2:00-3:30 PM), B (day 0; 10:00-11:30 PM), and A (day 1; 1:30-6:30 AM). To accurately compute sleep metrics, it is imperative to identify and include all primary sleep logs that fall within the primary sleep period, while distinguishing them from nonprimary sleep logs.

Sodium Oxybate as a Potential New Treatment for Catatonia in Patients With Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or a Psychotic Disorder: Protocol for a Randomized Controlled Trial

It was administered in doses ranging between 0.01 and 0.1 g/kg, 3 times daily either orally or intravenously (equivalent to 2.4-24 g/d for an 80 kg patient). Among patients with schizophrenia and catatonia, approximately 30 participants, the study showed a reduction of catatonic symptoms ranging from 60% to 70%. Specifically, there were improvements in anxiety, agitation, and restlessness.

Audience Responses to Online Public Shaming in Online Environments: Mixed Methods Study

Tweet stimuli: (A) shaming tweet; (B) wedding tweet; (C) COVID-19 informational tweet; and (D) control tweet. The remaining 3 tweets served as different types of controls. One tweet expressed positive sentiment about a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic, and clearly states that precautions were in place to keep everyone safe, intended to control for the perception that those who held the wedding were irresponsible (wedding condition).
